ICC T20 World Cup 2024: Who’s Playing? Team Squad and Player List

The ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 will be held from June 1, 2024, to June 29, 2024, both in the West Indies and the USA. This is the ninth edition of the T20 World Cup and the largest ever including 20 teams that will play 55 games in nine cities: six in the West Indies and three in the USA. A detailed description of the competing teams and the most valuable players in the teams’ squads is provided in this blog article.


T20 World Cup 2024 Tournament Format and Groups
There are four groups out of the twenty teams, and the two best teams from each group progress to the Super Eight round. After that, there will be two groups of four from the Super Eight and the top two from each group progress to the semi-finals.

Group A - India, Pakistan, Ireland, Canada, USA

Group B - England, Australia, Namibia, Scotland, Oman

Group C - New Zealand, West Indies, Afghanistan, Uganda, Papua New Guinea

Group D - South Africa, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Netherlands, Nepal
